At Pop Speaker, we aim to give you a smooth shopping experience. If something goes wrong with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only for defective or damaged items.
To qualify, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong address entered by the customer

  • Damage caused by misuse or normal wear

2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at popspeakerlb@gmail.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Photo/video clearly showing the issue

You will receive a reply within 24–48 hours.

3. Return Conditions

If your refund is approved:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • After we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Used speakers

  • Items with missing accessories or packaging

  • Physically damaged items

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the given time:
